Benefits

• The aim is to deliver consistent, above average performance by selecting what we regard as the best fund managers in their specialist fields and offering them either on their own (as with our Single Strategy, Property and Global Property Securities funds) or in a carefully blended combination (as with our Actively Managed and Asset Allocator funds). We monitor the chosen managers closely and replace them where necessary.

Risks

• Our unit trusts and OEICs are intended as a long-term investments. If you withdraw from them, you may not get back the full amount you invested, particularly in the early years.

• Tax rules can change at any time, which may affect your investment.

• The value of shares and units can go down as well as up, and investment growth cannot be guaranteed.

• While you are transferring your existing investments, you could incur a loss of income or growth, depending on market conditions.

Who is eligible?

• UK residents, aged 18 and over.

Minimum and maximum subscriptions

• Minimum monthly premium: £50 regular monthly (no maximum).
  Minimum lump sum: £1,000 per fund (no maximum).
  Additional regular premium: £25.
  Additional lump sum: £500 per fund.

Term

• There is no term limit. Your unit trust and/or OEIC funds can stay invested for as long as you like.
