The Financial Services industry regulations are such that different types of investment products are subject to different legislation. Therefore the Skandia UK Group is made up of a number of different companies to allow us to offer you a breadth of investment solutions.

The diagram below illustrates how the UK group of companies are interrelated, this is a simplified company structure and does not show all the companies within the group.

Skandia Life Assurance (Holdings) Limited being one of these and this in turn is made up of three operating entities. Skandia MultiFUNDS Limited, Skandia Life Ireland Limited and Skandia Investment Management Limited.
There is a further holding company beneath Skandia Life Assurance (Holdings) Limited, this being, Skandia Life Holding Limited. This constitutes two operating entities, Skandia Life Assurance Company Limited and Royal Skandia Life Assurance Limited.
