	Non Windows XP SP2 users 1. Open Internet Explorer. 2. Go to the Tools Menu. 3. Select the Internet Options Menu. 4. Select the 'Privacy' tab. (see below) 5. Click the 'Edit' button in the 'Websites' section at the bottom of this window. 6. Add the following website(s) to the first field at the top of the page, then click 'Allow'. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST ENTER THE FULL URL INCLUDING 'https://www.' https://www.skandia.co.uk https://www.skandia-life.co.uk The website addresses should now appear in the 'Managed Websites' field. Click 'OK' on the 'Per Site Privacy Actions' window. Click 'OK' on the Internet Options window. Close the browser window and re-enter the Extranet services.
