MultISA:

Skandia’s MultISA is provided by Skandia MultiFUNDS Limited. A MultISA is a stocks and shares Individual Savings Account (ISA) designed to maximise your tax-efficient savings in a wide choice of investments.

Benefits

You can:
  • Hold funds from a choice of fund managers, or delegate fund manager selection and monitoring to Skandia by investing in the Skandia Investment Management Limited range of funds.
  • Switch funds free of any Skandia administration charge.
  • Transfer and consolidate your existing tax-efficient ISA holdings into one MultISA for easier administration and monitoring – all in one account.
  • Take regular automatic income either as a fixed monetary amount, a percentage of your account value or from income generated from interest and dividends. Income can be paid in any months you want straight into your bank account or as a partial withdrawal – both without any Skandia administrative charge.
  • Access your investment online. We offer a secure client extranet site so you can obtain valuations, switch or review fund options online. There is also a UK-based freephone helpdesk for general enquiries. Statements are sent to you twice a year.

Risks

  • A MultISA is intended as a long-term investment. If you withdraw from it, you may not get back the full amount you invested, particularly in the early years.
  • Tax rules can change at any time, which may affect your investment.
  • The value of shares and units can go down as well as up, and investment growth cannot be guaranteed.
  • While you are transferring your existing ISA investments, you could incur a loss of income or growth, depending on market conditions.

Who is eligible?

  • UK residents who are also ordinarily resident, aged 18 and over.
