Tax wrappers are not investments in their own right but when you hold your funds inside them they often enjoy certain tax benefits. Your financial adviser will be able to recommend which tax wrappers/investment products are most suitable for you.

• Holding your investments in one place helps make your life less complicated. You will receive a consolidated statement showing all the tax wrappers you hold and the investments held within them.
• All tax wrappers allow access to cash in the form of a cash deposit facility or a cash fund. In times of uncertainty this can provide you with a temporary safe haven for your money. In accordance with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) requirements, cash can only be held in an ISA temporarily while you decide which funds to invest in. There are also tax implications for any interest earned on such cash deposits.
• Features such as portfolio rebalancing and phased investment provide useful tools to help you manage your investments.
